This steak wears a top hat everyone will love

Mystery Mustard Steak
    This recipe requires a conventional broiler.  My RV gas oven has a broiler setting and so do the toaster oven and the convection-microwave oven. If you don’t have a broiler on board, skip this recipe. 

4 portions tender steak suitable for broiling
1/2 cup each mayonnaise and dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Dijon style mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
    While steaks broil to the desired done-ness, whisk together mayonnaise, crumbs, mustard and garlic powder. Spread over one side of hot, cooked steaks and return to the broiler.
